Smarties collection

Our Smarties fundraising collection has now finished. We raised just over £100. Thank you and well done! Don't forget to buy your summer raffle tickets from Maxine or Claire!

Pre-school Committee Meeting – Thursday 8th July 2010
The next pre-school committee meeting will be held on Thursday 8th July. Please contact the committee if there is anything you would like to be discussed at the meeting.

End of year party – Friday 23rd July 2010
The children's end of year party will take place on Friday 23rd July during the morning session. All the children are able to attend the party which will end at 11.45 a.m. The party is provided free of charge. There will be no lunch club on this day.

Alveston Community Show – Saturday 4th September 2010
Any parents/carers interested in helping with the pre-school's contribution to this event should let the committee/Tricia know as soon as possible.

AGM – Thursday 23rd September 2010
The AGM will be held on Thursday 23rd September at 8pm at the Ship Inn, Alveston. The pre-school committee for the coming year is elected at the AGM. All parents/carers are welcome to attend the meeting, and may also stand for election to the committee. If we do not have enough parents attending the AGM and standing for election the pre-school will not be able to operate. Please contact the committee if you would be interested in becoming a committee member.

Baby and toddler group

The toddler group is not linked to the pre-school in any way, but many pre-schoolers have younger siblings who may enjoy a toddle!

We meet in Alveston Methodist Church Hall (Wolfridge Ride, Alveston) every Monday and Thursday, 9.15am to 11.15am during school term time.

Come and join us for a coffee and a chat and let the children play!

£2 per family to cover tea, coffee, juice and biscuits.
Age range 0-4 years.
